The advisory group will follow a plan-do-check-act continuous improvement model. The in-person April meeting will focus on planning; group members will identify potential issues or opportunities, and offer feedback and ideas. Between April and November the BadgerLink team will implement changes, and follow up with the group during the November virtual meeting. Any additional revisions will be made after this meeting with virtual check-ins as needed.
The initial November 2019 meeting will be in-person (10:00 am - 3:00 pm) at the Resources for Libraries and Lifelong Learning office in Madison. Future in-person locations will be determined at that time. Virtual meetings and any additional check-ins will be handled through Microsoft Teams.
