The Request for Proposal (RFP) for three Collections was released publicly through the Department of Administration eSupplier today, November 9, 2023. Vendors have until December 14 to respond to the RFP with the database(s) which meet the requirements. The estimated contract(s) start date is July 1, 2024.
In general, the RFP asks for responses to:

K-12 Resources - Full-text magazines, journals, and reference materials that meet the research needs and reading levels for the K-12 community.

General Interest Magazines - Full-text magazines and journals that meet the research needs and reading levels for the general adult population.

Reader’s Advisory - Reader’s advisory content for children through adult fiction and nonfiction.
As a reminder, the BadgerLink Procurement Collections with contract dates ending in 2024 were recently updated. Therefore, while BadgerLink currently offers K-12 resources, general interest magazines, and reader's advisory, they were previously all included within one Collection area awarded to EBSCO in the last 2018 Request for Bid (RFB).
