Jen Champoux will show & tell the BadgerLink databases available through your library’s Research Tools web page. We'll look at several of the resources and cover what each offer to your library's customers. She’ll share tools to help you promote resources to patrons, learn how to incorporate them into your reference, readers advisory, and programming services, and help you train staff and the public. Bring your questions and comments.
