"...they felt empowered to do minor repairs on their vehicle thanks to this resource."

Martin: Patrons have been really excited to learn about the Learning Express test preparation resources. I have personally received feedback from those going into technical college, college, or professional studies about how helpful this site is. It's very useful for times when our library system may not own any resources for a less common test or if the print version of the guides are checked out.

The Auto Repair Source has also received good marks - I myself use it at home, and have had success using it at the reference desk as well. One time, I was able to print out a specific diagram that the person needed to complete a repair. Another patron told me that they felt empowered to do minor repairs on their vehicle thanks to this resource.

"PROOF! Just call me Detective Colombo"

NeeyatiArchive of Wisconsin Newspapers in particular has been a huge asset for us at Madison Public Library. As the resource library for South Central Library System, we get a lot of local history and obituary requests, and having a searchable archive of community publications at our fingertips makes that work so much easier. We've been able to hunt down newspaper articles that help patrons celebrate wedding anniversaries, conduct genealogical research -- or even settle a friendly argument about when or where an event took place!

One patron forwarded an article we found to her daughter with the subject line: "PROOF! Just call me Detective Colombo"
