The Request for Bid (RFB) for five Collections was released publicly through the Department of Administration eSupplier today, April 11, 2024. Vendors have until May 16 to respond to the RFB with the database(s) which meet the requirements. The estimated contract(s) start date is July 1, 2024.

Historic Wisconsin Newspapers

Geneaology and Local History

Encyclopedias in English and Spanish

Auto Repair Resources
As a reminder, the BadgerLink Procurement Collections with contract dates ending in 2024 were updated. Three collection areas were included in a Request for Proposal, released November 9, 2023. Through a sole source (non-competitive) agreement, a contract covering July 1, 2024 - June 30, 2026 has been signed with TeachingBooks for the Multimedia Resources on Children's and Young Adult Fiction & Nonfiction collection.
