Britannica Education is excited to share that a brand-new version of Britannica Escolar will go live on January 8, bringing a more modern experience, expanded grade coverage, and fresh Spanish-language content to support teaching and learning in even more meaningful ways.
- Expanded Grade Coverage
Escolar will now include three levels: Primaria (Elementary), Secundaria (Middle School), and Preparatoria (High School). The high school-level will incorporate content previously found in Britannica Moderna, giving you a unified, streamlined platform. - A Modern, Updated Design
The redesigned interface offers a cleaner, more intuitive experience aligned with the look and feel of Britannica School. Students will find it easier than ever to explore, research, and stay engaged. - More Native Spanish Content
Britannica Education added a significant number of newly written articles in authentic, native Spanish, enhancing language support and ensuring students have access to accurate, culturally relevant information. - Relevant, Age-Appropriate Topics
Content gaps have been filled across all levels, with updated articles and new cultural context that reflects the lived experiences and interests of Spanish-speaking students across the United States and Latin America.
