Accessible Documents on BadgerLink Website

Summary

Documents on the BadgerLink website have been updated from PDF to more accessible PowerPoint format. This has caused URLs for documents on the BadgerLink website to change. Please update your bookmarks accordingly.

As part of the Department of Public Instruction’s strategic plan and commitment to modernizing and improving the agency and in preparation for the Title II ADA digital accessibility deadline, materials on the BadgerLink website have been updated.

This week documents on the BadgerLink website have changed from PDF format to PowerPoint format. This means the URL of these documents has changed, and any bookmarked links will need to be updated. In addition, some information may be temporarily unavailable on the BadgerLink website or relocated as we review, revise, and remediate content to meet accessibility standards.

These improvements are part of our commitment to making the BadgerLink website and materials more usable for you and fully accessible to all. We understand how important these materials are to your work, and ensuring they are accessible to everyone is our primary focus during this effort.

Please contact badgerlink@dpi.wi.gov if you are unable to locate any materials you need during this update.

We appreciate your patience and understanding as we complete this important update.

BadgerLink is made possible through a combination of both state funds appropriated through the biennial budget and Library Services and Technology Act (LSTA) Grants to States funding from the Institute of Museum and Library Services (IMLS).
