BadgerLink resource Britannica School contains encyclopedia articles with images, maps, games, and other learning materials for each grade level of students and their educators. BadgerLink's subscription to Britannica School includes access to all four available grade levels: Early Elementary, Elementary, Middle, and High. This resource is primarily for school libraries, but public libraries can find the same great content with four age levels (Young Children, Children, Young Adults and Reference Center) in Britannica Library

Enhancing Bilingual Learning with Britannica Escolar & Teach Britannica

Explore the newest features and instructional resources available in Britannica Escolar and learn how they support multilingual learners and bilingual classrooms. This session provides an overview of updated content, navigation tools, and multimedia resources that help students build background knowledge, strengthen language development, and conduct age-appropriate research. Participants will also discover how Teach Britannica complements Escolar with classroom-ready instructional strategies, lesson ideas, and graphic organizers that promote inquiry, vocabulary development, and student engagement.

Early Elementary Interactives

With 1,000+ articles and counting, Britannica School: Early Elementary collection now includes interactives. Instead of just reading or listening to articles, early learners can now click and interact with content, bringing learning to life. 

As Britannica expands their database monthly with brand-new articles in both English and native Spanish, they are also introducing interactives this year. Instead of just reading or listening to article information, now early learners can click and interact with content, bringing learning to life.

Students are now able to export Britannica School citations to their NoodleTools account. You will find the Export to NoodleTools option when selecting the Cite tool icon in articles found in all grade levels.
