In celebration of heading back to school, BadgerLink Bulletin is highlighting BadgerLink resources especially for our K-12 students and educators.
Resource Basics
Britannica Escolar and Britannica Moderna offer the same great encyclopedia content as Britannica School, all in Spanish. Content includes articles, images, maps, timelines, as well as a complete dictionary and world atlas. Britannica Escolar is for younger students, grades K-8, and Britannica Moderna provides more complex knowledge for older students.
Training Tools
Each Spanish encyclopedia has a corresponding user guide and recorded webinar, available on the BadgerLink Training page, to highlight tools and features.

In the Classroom
Because these resources are created for native Spanish speakers, bilingual students, and students learning Spanish, they are perfect for the dual-language immersion classroom! Reino Animal (Animal Kingdom) and Sabías que…? (Did You Know?) features pique students’ curiosity and the desire to dig deeper.
