I work with Academic, Public and K12 libraries throughout Wisconsin helping librarians and media specialists add resources to support the needs of their students, patrons, faculty and staff. In my reference interviews, I always ask how our members are incorporating and promoting BadgerLink resources. For many of our members, the resources provided through BadgerLink serve as the core of their database offerings and they supplement this with resources through WiLS.
The support the WiLS staff and our members receive around BadgerLink is both timely and useful. The Resource Guides have been invaluable for our members in helping them understand what is available through BadgerLink as well as making promotion to students. staff and patrons quick and easy. Both Elizabeth and Jen are approachable, super knowledgeable and very willing to help us with any questions or issues we bring to them.
