Just a reminder...

Thursday, June 25, 2015

Just a reminder that after June 30th Searchasaurus, Kids Search, and Student Research Center will no longer be available.

Instead of using these student interfaces, you can use the 3 new Explora interfaces (Explora for Elementary Schools, Explora for Middle and High Schools, and Explora for Everyone). Explora uses the same great EBSCO databases that you've used to, but with a new and improved interface.

BadgerLink has been busy this spring!

Explora

Try the new Explora interfaces today!  With three interfaces designed especially for different age groups, Explora offers topical browsing and traditional searching to help users find full-text articles, images, videos, encyclopedia entries, and much more. Using the same great EBSCO databases you've come to trust, Explora promises a more enjoyable experience no matter your information need.

Don't forget! The Explora interfaces are replacing Kids Search, Searchasaurus, and Student Research Center - these will no longer be available after June 30, 2015.

American Doctoral Dissertations

EBSCO's American Doctoral Dissertations, 1933-1955 includes nearly 100,000 dissertations from 1933 through 1955, and is a full image copy of the original print index Doctoral Dissertations Accepted by American Universities. The content in this database represents the only comprehensive record of dissertations accepted by U.S. universities during that period of time.

Coming Soon!

Libraries and schools will be able to link directly to age-appropriate image and video collections, interactive resources, and learning games from Britannica School.
